Child Life Support
Helping children and families navigate medical experiences, grief, loss, and major life changes with developmentally supportive care.
Services may include:
Preparation for medical procedures, surgery, testing, or hospitalization
Illness and diagnosis education
Coping support during difficult transitions
Grief and bereavement support
Sibling support
Emotional processing through play, conversation, and creative interventions
Parent guidance and support

Rates
Initial Consultation (45–60 minutes): $150
Individual Sessions (45–50 minutes): $125
Extended Sessions (75–90 minutes): $185
Hospital/School Advocacy or Collaboration: $50 per 15 minutes
Exposure Coaching
Exposure coaching helps children and teens gradually face fears in supportive, manageable steps rather than avoiding them. This approach helps build confidence, resilience, and flexibility over time while reducing anxiety’s impact on daily life.
Compassionate, skills-based support for children and teens navigating anxiety, OCD-related challenges, school avoidance, fears, perfectionism, social anxiety, and other anxiety-driven behaviors.
Services may include:
Exposure planning and support
Parent coaching and collaboration
School collaboration
In-between-session accountability and encouragement
SUDS tracking and coping skill development

Rates
Weekly Coaching Package: $125/week
Includes:
One 45–50 minute session or two 20–25 minute sessions
In-between-session text/app support
Parent check-ins as needed
Additional Individual Session: $125
School Collaboration or Advocacy: $50 per 15 minutes
Executive Function Coaching
Support for children, teens, and young adults struggling with organization, planning, time management, task initiation, emotional overwhelm, and follow-through.
Coaching is individualized and strengths-based, helping clients build practical systems while increasing independence and confidence.
Areas of focus may include:
Homework and assignment planning
Organization systems
Breaking down tasks
Time management
Motivation and accountability
Emotional regulation around school stress
Building independence
This service may be a good fit if your child or teen:
struggles with organization, planning, or time management
frequently forgets assignments, materials, or responsibilities
becomes overwhelmed by schoolwork or large tasks
has difficulty starting or completing tasks independently
struggles with motivation, follow-through, or accountability

Weekly Executive Function Coaching Package: $125/week
Includes:
One 45–50 minute session or two 20–25 minute sessions
Accountability and support between sessions
Parent collaboration as appropriate
Additional Individual Session: $125
Parent Support & Consultation
Support for caregivers navigating their child’s emotional, behavioral, medical, or developmental needs.
Topics may include:
Supporting anxious children
Coping with grief or illness as a family
School-related stressors
Emotional regulation strategies
Building routines and support systems
Parenting through transitions and uncertainty
